GENERAL SALON POLICIES
Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service.: same day or last minute cancelations and no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
All retainers will be non-transferrable if appointment is no showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.
All appointments must be held with a credit card.
Cancelation Policies
There are NO refunds for any services performed. Our stylists stand behind our work., For a corrective service., we prefer communication prior to leaving your appointment, but Please contact us within 48-hours to accommodate a complimentary adjustment service and we will gladly adjust any challenges created within 7 days of the initial service.
Please understand that changing your mind and wanting something different than we discussed is not considered an adjustment and will result in an additional charge.
All Sales Are Final
We love your kids, but we’re only able to have them in to visit when receiving services for several reasons, but here’s our top 3:
1. Our salon is not child proof. While we promote a “safe” space, it’s still full of hot things, sharp things, chemicals, etc.
2. We specialize in extensions & color transformations. These are longer appointments, and even though your children do their best to chill…toward the end it gets hard for them.
3. Many of our guests use their appointments as a form of self care and “me” time. In several cases this is the only time they get away from children and many wait several weeks/months to get this opportunity.
No Children, unless they are receiving a service.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING WELL
We thank you for being so responsible and considerate of our health! If we cannot work due to illness, our livelihood is severely impacted. We appreciate you rescheduling your appointments, even when it's out of an abundance of caution!
At Arrow & Mane your stylists are independent contractors, which means if we don't work, we don't earn wages. So we appreciate you protecting us and reducing our risk of exposure to even the mildest of ANY type of cold/flu symptoms. Please also consider that with many viruses you may be contagious several days before and after symptoms.
We will continue to protect you as well, following standard regulations and our own best practices to keep you healthy in our space.
